The flight tests of the EAGLE scanning complex were fulfilled carried out in order to check the stability of the equipment under conditions of increased vibration and mechanical overloads, as well as to check the performance of the updated Scaner control software. In the course of the flight tests and the subsequent ground-based performance check, the equipment of the complex worked steadily, the tests were successful.
The specialists of OJSC “CPNT” have upgraded the control software of the Eagle Scanning Complex in terms of stabilizing the speed of the scanning mirror.
Alexey Kovalev, the head of OJSC “CPNT”, held a meeting with a Well Energy Group representative.The possibility of exploration using the technology of JSC "CNT" in some countries of the Middle East was discussed.
It was conducted a successful flight tests of aircraft scanners with upgraded scan control modules. The equipment worked steadily during the flight, providing proper and qualitative information.
Renovation of airborne equipment scanning control modules and laboratory performance testing was executed. Preventive maintenance of scanner’s computers performed.
On December 4-6 OJSC “CST” CEO Kovalev A.O. by invitation of Mongolian partners visited Mineral resources authority of Mongolia and presented CST exploration technology. The meeting was attended by Baldorj Baatartsogt Director of Geological Policy division and by leaders of petroleum companies, working in Mongolia.

The contract with DeGolier&McNoton Corp. (USA) for the services of collecting, processing and analyzing geological data, including remote sensing data was implemented.
Agreement was reached on the execution of work for The Company Degolier&Mcnoton Corp (USA).
As part of the modernization program, installation and test flights of the EAGLE scanning complex were carried out on an An-30 aircraft in Republic of Belarus. Flight tests of the upgraded hardware-software complex showed its suitability for commercial use.
On April 20, 2016, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, on the basis of the Charter of the Academy, elected Kovalev Alexey as a full member of the Academy for the oil and gas section.
CST Directors Board member Sergey Markov on March 7-11-th participated in GeoConvention 2016 Conference at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre (Canada), and on March 9-th made an oral presentation “Method of Aerial Imaging Multi-Zone Data Complex Processing for Hydrocarbons Remote Exploration”
